Refunds:

• After shipment: Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been shipped.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns after shipping.
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at order@topheattransfer.com with your order details and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need an exchange for a defective item, email us at order@topheattransfer.com and provide your order information.

Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges:

• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to returns, if applicable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
